Community Yard Sale - Oct 8th
Join us as we do a little fall cleaning and let some of our unused items become your new treasure! If weather is looking poor, we will make the decision to reschedule on Friday 7th. The Rain date will be October 15th.
Halloween Trick or Treat - Oct 31st
Come out in your best costumes and enjoy the decorations throughout the neighborhood as you get some of the best treats (or tricks) around. There will be a contest for best decorations, so be on the lookout for voting!
Santa in Southgate!
Santa is coming to our neighborhood! Bring your little ones out to the park to enjoy a holiday treat with your friends and family! Stay tuned for the date and time!
Holiday Decoration Contests!
No matter which holiday(s) you celebrate, we love to see our neighbors show their festive spirit with decorations around the community. Each year, we like to give a few rewards to those that want to put Clark Griswold to shame! Stay tuned for the categories and voting!
